Securing Union Station / Downtown Denver

(1) Candidate Gray-Ginsberg will increase Union Station and Downtown Denver Security provisions by 3 fold.

(i.) Build a downtown specific prison / homeless shelter, and deploy 6 "patty wagons" that coordinate with the significantly increased Horse Mounted Police to patrol Union Station and Downtown Denver.

(ii.) The prison will also be a humane homeless shelter.

(a.) Detoxed and Qualified Prisoners will be sent to work details building the new Covid triage hospitals (Work Press Gang(s).

(b.) Non-Detoxed and Non-Qualified Prisoners unable to be detoxed will be sent to other State Prison Facilities.

(c.) Non-Detoxed Repeat offenders sent to other Mental State facilities.
